Great location! The staff was incredibly helpful—they managed to find my reservation even though Booking.com had messed up my name. They mentioned it happens quite often, so no worries at all. Very impressed with their service!

What a fantastic location! Just a short 5-10 minute walk to Times Square and about 5 minutes to the Empire State Building—you couldn’t ask for a more central spot. Loved that the windows opened a bit, letting in some fresh air and a nice breeze... it made the stay even more enjoyable!

We had a great stay! The room was spotless and just what we needed for a quick overnight stop. Sure, it wasn’t huge, but that’s pretty standard for NYC. Compared to other hotels we’ve tried in the city, this one was probably the best value for the price.

There were plenty of dining options nearby, which made meals super convenient. The only hiccup was that both elevators were out of service at times... but overall, it was a great stay!
